Samchuk Market (100 years old market), Supanburi.

One of the best old markets I have visited, cater for more or less all daily needs, clean and well preserved despite its age.  Ah no tourists!

Oh, maybe one!

These lamps remind me of my childhood day before the luxury of electricity.  The light will get dimmer by the hours, it then has to be taken down to pump in more air before it brightens up again.

Plenty of interesting food to sample.  But no space in our stomachs!

Pickled tamarinds, taste a little slimy but quite good.

Dinner?  Or maybe to be released for good karma!

A night in Kampeng Phet, and this is our room.

The restaurant.
